STEP 2: RECEIVE AN OFFER

If your bag passes our initial review, you will either receive an estimated payout offer based on its fair market value or a price we can list the item to sell for minus our consignment fee. Please note that these offers are valid for seven days from the time they're sent to you. However, your payout estimate may be adjusted during the in-person assessment if you bag doesn't match the photos or description you provided.

STEP 3: SHIP US YOUR ITEM

If you decide to accept the payoff amount or list your item for consignment, you will receive pre-paid shipping label to ship your item to us. Once the item arrives with us we will make a final evaluation to verify authenticity and condition of the item. If you choose the buy out option you will receive the payment as soon as it passes our in person evaluation. If you choose the consignment option we will go through the same evaluation. Once completed we will list your item for sale.

STEP 4: SHOP. SECONDGLANCE LUX.REPEAT

We will list your item on our website, as well as on our instagram and facebook pages. Upon the successful sale of your item, you will receive the agreed-upon payment amount via your preferred payment method. Enjoy and shop again!

CONSIGNMENT PERCENTAGE FEES

  • PERCENTAGE FEE: 12%

  • PERCENTAGE FEE: 15%

  • PERCENTAGE FEE: 20%

  • Confirmation and payment is issued to consignee within 3 business days of the item selling via Zelle, Apple Pay, Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal or Bank Transfer

  • Please be detailed in describing any flaws in our consignment agreement form for the most accurate quote and avoid possible returns at sellers cost.

  • Please note that some items take longer than others to sell. We put in a lot of time and effort to sell each item (marketing, posting, taking photos, creating reels, etc) so please allow for at least 60 days to request return if item hasn’t sold. Any returned items will be at the expense of the seller.

    • Items purchased through buyout will be paid within 3 business days of delivery.

    • Please be detailed in describing any flaws in our consignment agreement form for the most accurate quote and avoid possible returns at sellers cost.
